Rugong, The Thunderous
The elder of the very storms that tremble through the valley, and the lighting that crashes upon where he pleases, Rugong, son of Otamu and Umato, is the god of thunder, lightning, wind, and rain. He rides a cloud plucked from the divine heavens, carrying a mallet and spike to deliver lightning's wrath from the sky, and accompanied by six drums to signal others his presence and his mark. Rugong is often forgetful, usually being a full second to a minute late to signal the drums. This is why thunder always comes second.
