“The gods and emperors of old can be killed, betrayed, and sometimes forgotten, but never tamed."
-Hu'Shin Shenhai
Demigod of the fierce Tiger; Hu’shin Shenhai, is an independent warlord in the Monkhu empire and is said to be one of the most prominent figures in the conflict between Shilon and Monkhu. But Hu’shin existed long before the Monkhu empire was ever thought of. Because of this, some suggest Hu’shin’s loyalty towards the khagan is driven by nothing more than an opportunity to singe the Shilon kingdoms from the earth’s skin.
Once the empress Jing Lee humblingly stepped down from her position to serve a much greater purpose, Shilon was left with the young general Hu’shin to rule an entire empire by himself. Confident in his ability to hold such a title, Hu’shin spared no opportunity to seize what he believed was right for the expanding kingdoms whenever or not the higher authority believed in his image.
Over time the emperor grew irritable and overindulgent in his actions, which soon became acts some would consider tyranny, but necessary by Hu’shin himself. It wasn’t long until his own mentors plotted against the Great Tiger Emperor and inevitably deceived him. An unknown trickster deity was commissioned by Shilon nobles to lure and trap him forever in the mountain ranges of Tuskunovna where his physical form was never to leave or step down from again. Betrayed, the deceived emperor roared in painful anger from the top of his frozen prison, while his beloved kingdom turned their backs in celebration and relief. The fallen emperor has failed to keep his position as a lord to mankind vigorous, but simply refused to let his legacy rot.
