Skarner, The Crystal Vanguard Tribute

Probably the dumbest reason for an emotional post but so help me if you ever cried or felt anything at the end of Toy Story 3 you know exactly what I’m going through.

This is Skarner, a league of legends character I grew up playing back right before I started high school in 2014. He was a crystal scorpion and I was always fascinated with scorpions as a kid so I was instantly hooked. I basically started off my art hobby by drawing scorpions in elementary school and then eventually Skarner in my freshmen year of high school.

About a month ago due to his low popularity, Skarner was reworked to a more modern state but essentially removed from the game in my eyes. Skarner represented my teenage youth for the past 10 years, and losing him made me realize that I’m growing up. I graduated college (8th pic) and I’m going to start doing this art thing full time. And I have to thank Skarner for bringing me this far. I know he was literally just a video game character in an online game but he was more than that to me. This was my sheriff woody I loved to doodle in class.
