Kuroda Tamayuiki Tatsu, The Shogun

Kuroda Tamayuiki Tatsu is the oldest living heir of the Tatsu family, the current shogun of Tekkan, and the first shogun of the Tatsu sovereignty. He is an important figure in the pivotal event that furthered Tekkan into the industrial era and the end of the Seigun Shogunate in 3112 RH. He was considered an honorable daimyo of Seigun standards, which made it easier for them to forfeit their position to Tatsu, which later turned false after he betrayed Seigun Law by attempting to invade the Haisong Kingdom and exploitation of new-age technologies and azure oil, whence he held a great obsession for.
